Directory listing service

Local Jersey Pros is a contractor directory and listing service operated for informational and advertising purposes by PM Collective Group. The site may publish contractor categories, town pages, business profiles, featured placements, premium placements, and practical hiring guides for homeowners in New Jersey.

Contractor listings and subscriptions

Featured and Premium listing plans may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis through Stripe. Listings, placement, categories, service areas, photos, links, and profile content remain subject to review and approval. Payment does not guarantee publication, continued placement, exclusivity, rankings, leads, calls, clicks, revenue, or customer results.

Refunds and cancellations

If a paid listing is not approved, Local Jersey Pros may refund or cancel the payment. Approved subscriptions renew until cancelled through the applicable billing process or by contacting PM Collective Group. Fees already paid for an approved listing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

No revenue guarantee

Local Jersey Pros makes no guarantee of leads, revenue, calls, clicks, bookings, customers, or business results of any kind from being listed in the directory. Results may vary and are not promised or implied.

Contractor responsibilities and conduct

Contractors are responsible for keeping listing information accurate, maintaining required licenses, permits, insurance, qualifications, safety practices, customer communications, estimates, warranties, and lawful business conduct. Contractors must not submit misleading claims, impersonate another business, misuse customer information, or request publication of unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

Contractor liability disclaimer

Local Jersey Pros and PM Collective Group are not responsible or liable for the actions, work quality, damages, injuries, disputes, delays, charges, warranties, representations, or conduct of any contractor found through the directory. Local Jersey Pros is a listing service only. Homeowners use contractor information at their own risk.

No endorsement

Listing a contractor in the directory, including free, Featured, Premium, category, town, or homepage placement, does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, verification, guarantee, or warranty of that contractor or its services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM Collective Group's total liability to any user or contractor shall not exceed the amount paid by that user or contractor for the listing service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
