This site is a static directory experience. Contact emails and voluntary submissions are used to respond to listing, correction, and partnership requests.
Information we collect
We may receive information you choose to send by email or through future forms, such as business name, contact name, email address, phone number, website, service area, listing plan interest, and requested corrections.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to requests, maintain directory accuracy, evaluate listing eligibility, update local business pages, and review future featured or premium placement opportunities. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, tax, or payment information through ordinary email or contact forms.
Payments
Paid Featured and Premium listing checkout, when available, is processed by Stripe. Local Jersey Pros does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and account information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising
The site may later use privacy-conscious analytics or advertising tools to understand traffic and improve the visitor experience. If Google AdSense, Google Analytics, or similar vendors are added, this policy should be reviewed and updated before public launch.
Third parties
External contractor websites, map pages, Stripe checkout, or future vendor tools may have their own privacy practices.
Contact and updates
Contractors and homeowners can request corrections by email. Privacy language should be reviewed again before adding live forms, analytics tags, ad scripts, or additional checkout flows.
